Why it Tastes Like More.
My love for dessert started at my Grammy’s table where every meal ended with dessert. It might have been a sweet molasses cookie or a light-as-a-feather angel food cake with sweet cream and berries. My Mother continued this love of baking and she inspired the name of my company. She loved sweet things and whenever she came across a favorite she would always say, “That was so good it tastes like more.” Mom taught me the basics of baking and how easy it was. When she wanted a cookie she got up and went to the kitchen to bake a batch.
It is from her boxes and boxes of saved recipes that I have based our menu. I know you will enjoy the old fashion favorites as much as the new delectable pastries I have come across in my time.
After 20 years in marketing I decided to follow my true passion and to become a pastry chef. I hope you enjoy the goodies as much as I enjoyed making them.
